Tuesday, Sept. 5

• 5:00  Happy Hour on the waterside deck.
• Bring an appy to share

Wednesday, Sept. 6th  
Plan your own excursion to  Chemainus
       or
stay on Thetis Island:

• 10:00 Tai Chi
• 2:00 Tech session
• 4:00 Exec meeting
• 7:00 Evening sing-along

Thursday, Sept. 7th

• 9:00  Complimentary breakfast by CS Executive and helpers in the Pavilion - Pancakes, sausages, scrambled eggs, fruit, OJ, coffee.

                   Bring your own mug for coffee

• 2:00  Bocce Tournament

• 5:30  Potluck Dinner and Raffle - Pavilion
• 5:30 Start barbecuing
• 5:45 Please have your pot luck dishes on the serving table

Bring your own meat to barbecue, plates, cutlery, and beverages - and a dish to share
See Potluck choices below:  We will monitor the food choices and try to ensure we have enough dishes in each category.
